We have a proud tradition of developing players through our youth systems. However we are always looking for new players to join our Club. If you are looking to take part in rugby at any level from underage through to adult rugby there is always a place for you.

Carlow Rugby Club are fortunate to have the services of sports rehabilitator who ensures that our players receive top quality treatment and when injured are well looked after and back on the field as soon as possible.

Players also have access to a state of the art Elite performance centre in the club.


Dr Leo Dillon Castledermot is the club’s Hon. Medical Officer and continues to give his time and expertise in the treatment of injured players.

We have been a very successful rugby club over the years, but this has only been possible due to a tireless volunteer group that have devoted large amounts of time to the cause. We are continually seeking ways to continue the running and development of the club, and this can only be successful with continued support and assistance from volunteers.
